As more and more migrants come to work in the UK, language use in the workplace is a growing issue. Should employers be enforcing the use of English?

It's not only English that people are interested in learning. Carole Gengler, Account Manager at Cactus Language Training, reports an increase in British people wanting to learn a foreign language, Polish in particular.

"There has been an increase in English employers enquiring about Polish, because of the large number of Polish nationals coming to the UK and employers wanting to communicate with the workforce," she says. "With the opening up of the EU and a lot of businesses expanding towards the East, a lot of people realise English is no longer always enough."
