Training & HR Managers

Company Training & HR Managers will be able to get all information about their colleagues/employees' lessons such as date, time, location, duration and the trainer's details. They can also see the trainer's comments and attendance details about the lesson as a whole and about each student. This is ideal for Managers and Directors to monitor the language learning process in their organisation and ensure they are getting value for money and time.

Language Trainees

Those following a course, either individually or in a group can see their up-to-date lesson timetable, get contact information for the teacher and other participants and see the comments from the teacher about their progress and attendance. This is ideal for students to monitor their own progress and to keep up with the content of the lessons if they are travelling or miss a lesson. They will also be automatically informed about cancellations via email!

Trainers & Cactus Academic Team

Following the needs analysis phase, the Academic team logs the details of each course programme for the benefit of the trainer, and the course participants. This provides the opportunity to compare the results of a training programme with the objectives established at the outset. Cactus Language Trainers can see their up-to-date lesson timetable, note presences and absences, and write their reports about each lesson. This is particularly useful when a multi-site, multi-trainer programme is being established.
